Deep Pore Cleansing Facial

Ear Candling
Ear Candling (also called "Ear Coning") is an ancient healing method originating in Egypt. One end of a cylinder is placed into the ear and the other end lit. The hot air creates a vacuum seal that pulls out wax and toxins from the inner ear and the sinuses.

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment will still conclude on time.
Reservations
Scheduling may be done by calling 617-739-8500. We recommend that you schedule appointments for services in advance for your preferred times.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not automatically included in the cost of your services but are always appreciated.
Consultations
A consultation with a member of the medical staff is required before having some of the medical esthetic services. There will be a fee for this consultation payable at the time of the consultation.
Product Guarantee & Returned Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know immediately if a product does not meet your expectations as we will gladly exchange it for another product. Gift Cards make an ideal year-round present for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any denomination and can be used to purchase any service or product. They can be delivered by mail or overnight service. There is a small postage and handling charge for gifts sent by mail.

Standing Appointments
We are at your service in finding the best time in your schedule for booking your regular appointments, whether weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Our Flex Free Cancellation Policy
Our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation, rescheduling protocol is designed to give you maximum flexibility.
First, we ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.
Second, your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings, just like you, we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation.
Third, guests are responsible for just $45 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling. We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it’s a spotaneous weekend away or the flu. We appreciate your understanding.
Fourth, the Flex Free Cancellation Program is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapist who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees.
